The goal of the website design for the car detailing company is to increase visibility and brand recognition through a modern design and professional image. The site will showcase services in detail, offering before-and-after photos and information on promotions to attract new customers. It will facilitate contact with customers with easily accessible contact information, an online booking form and social media integration. Publication of customer reviews and certifications is designed to build trust and credibility of the company. The site will also allow the company to optimize its operations by collecting analytical data and automating marketing processes.

Problems

Interviewing with the founders of the business provided a broader insight into the challenges faced by the business and how the website can address them. Through these discussions, we gained a deeper understanding of their specific needs and obstacles. One of the primary goals is to ensure a strong and professional online presence. Additionally, it is crucial for the website to appear prominently in search engine results and effectively reach local customers.

01 Online presence

One significant issue that emerged was the need for a strong and professional online presence. The founders emphasized that their current online representation does not effectively convey the quality and values of their business. Enhancing their online presence is crucial not only for attracting new customers but also for building credibility and trust with their existing client base.

02 Online visibility

One of the key challenges faced by the business is achieving visibility in Google search results and on Google Maps. Being easily discoverable in search engines is essential for attracting potential customers. Appearing on Google Maps is crucial for driving local traffic, as many customers rely on it to find nearby businesses. Ensuring a strong presence in both areas will greatly enhance the business's ability to reach and engage with its target audience.

03 Services showcase

Another significant challenge for a car detailing business needing a website is showcasing their services and portfolio effectively. Potential customers want to see examples of past work, detailed service descriptions, and pricing information. A well-designed website can display high-quality photos, offer clear service details, and include customer testimonials. This helps build trust with potential clients and sets the business apart from competitors.

I have prepared a sitemap for the website structure to plan the logical arrangement of content and navigation. Executing this step before commencing the design phase helps define the hierarchy of information, facilitating users in finding the desired content. Moreover, it allows for a better understanding of the entire website structure, helping to avoid later issues with content organization and implementation of changes. With the sitemap, we can also assess how various website elements interact with each other, leading to a more cohesive and effective design.

The contact page is designed to make it easier to get in touch with the studio. There are all the necessary information and tools to encourage customers to contact us in the easiest way possible.

Previous Realization Page

The realizations page shows which customers have trusted the company early on, and leave their cars with no worries. This is intended to build a relationship with the customer for further cooperation.

Site optimization

Website has been thoroughly tested for performance, accessibility and SEO using the Google Insights tool. We are pleased to report that all tests were successful and the results are satisfactory. Due to the complexity of the site, it was a very difficult task to obtain a higher performance score. Nevertheless, the site continues to load quickly, providing users with a smooth and efficient experience.

Whats next?

Upon delivery of the website, the client was informed that it was good practice to periodically post new content to the site. After several months, the site is in the top 5 searches for keywords in the company's location. Consumer awareness of the brand's existence is also moving in the right direction.
