The opportunity
After delivering great results for the GlossySpace website, the founders decided to ask me to help them with their next upcoming business. They need the same results as before - a website that isn't another boring place where customers don't want to stay.
The assumptions were simple - to showcase the cars in the best way, create an easy and intuitive way to contact the business, and automate the booking service.
What I did?
Competitor research, mock-ups, design and project development in Framer. All the necessary steps that are required for the proper operation of the website.
The main problem when developing the website was to create forms that customers would want to fill out. Without unnecessary input that the customer has to fill out. Right to the point. I know that every user is different and not everyone would like to contact through a form, so I also created an easy way to connect with the company by phone or email.
The second challenge was to use Zapier to create automation.
I focused on making everything simple and intuitive for owners to manage. Their only tasks (if the customer contacts via a form) are to confirm and discuss the details of the car rental and confirm this in the calendar.
The outcome
Designed and developed website on Framer in 10 days. I made founders thoughts of their website real. This is what they want to be recognised in the web.
We are in close contact for any updates to the website, as they don't have much time to make changes on their own. They are currenty on process to rent more cars and create a marketing campaing to kick off their new business.
The site was tested against WCAG and PageSpeed Insight, where every result was acceptable. All the necessary analytics programs were connected and properly configured to stay up to date with user movements on their website.
